you know how you just feel like things are not going well? that is how i feel right now. it just feels like no matter what i do or say things are not going to work out like i hoped. it doesn't seem to be any one thing, just kind of everything right now. well the only thing to do when things seem this way is to take my plans out of the equation and to pray.

bond villian

you know i was thinking aobut this the other day and i was thinking that the best person to play a bond villian in the next movie might be sean connery. not like an ex angent or anything like that just the evil mastermind that bond has to track down and get. i know sean is getting old but you couls have some hench men that bond could fight and have sean play the mastermind. i think it could be a lot of fun. what do you all think.

so my roommate and i were walking though the hi-vee ( a groceries store) looking for something. well the tv adds for hi-vee have the lyrics, "where theres a helpful smile in every isle." so we are walking along and chris says where is the helpful smile in this isle. and from right behind us where we just walked by we hear a voice say, "i'm right here" and we turn around and see this guy smiling and ready to help us find what we were looking for. it was very funny and weird. so chris then askes where are all the pretty single girls in this isle. that did not seem to work as well.

So I saw the new James Bond film recently. It is probably the best bond film i have ever seen. The story was actually interesting. Normally the reason you see a bond film is the action and the girls. This one was actually keeping my interest. The new actor is pretty good as well. I think I would put him #3 on my list of bonds. Right under Pierce and right above Roger.

crazy days

This is with an emphasis on crazy. So an old high school friend i knew called up and asked if he could crashed on my couch. Well one of the sad things about this person is that he has some mental issues and then on top of that had fried his brain on drugs. Well long story not trying to make it too long, he cut his wrists, not well enough to be effective abut enough to make a mess, and then refused to go to the hospital and was claiming to be able to heal himself. He did not seem to have a death wish by what he said but seemed to think he was being instructed to do these things because he could fix them. Talk about a crazy day that day. We evenly got him to the hospital and i am hoping he can get the help he needs.

My best mate and his wife are suppose to be here soon. i am hoping to spend some time and that their travels go well. it has been nearly 2 years since the last i saw them.

yea i know i am not good at updating. well this is the things going on. camp retreet is coming up a week. hippie should be here for it. in 2 months i have the youth rally here and i am looking foward to seeing chris and michelle. chris is suppose to speak for it. you know if it wasn't for all the aussies i know i might be hard pressed to find people to be involved in our youth events. i am an usher in dettas wedding tomarrow. the office is up and running. looks good too. i had a lot of very nice people help me get it in shape. on saturdays we have been doing some good work. right now it is siding a house. we also have been helping others with their houses and yards. you know this is more like what church should be in my mind. helping those who need help. seems like we have become to obsessed with what our sundays look like or what we don't do. i say lets do. do the things we should, and we can sort out the other stuff on the way. anyway, my computere is dying on me. it is new to me, like 3 months. anyway, i am not sure what is wrong but i do know that i have wiped the hard drive and started over and that did not help. i fear it si the mother board. i will ofcourse try the memory first cause it is much cheeper and i would like to have more anyway. besides that is something i can do myself. i am not sure i should take the laptop appart to look at the mother board and am not sure what i am doing there anyway. crazy machines.... i kind of which i would not have bought used. new would have a warinty. well that is that. i will try to blog again sometime.

so my grandpa died yesterday. he was a great man of God and i know he is going to be with God. i will miss him as many others will. i leave today for Nebraska for the funural.

senior week was great. probably one best of all time. that is saying a lot cause i can remember some greats. xander is just as crazy as todd. we had a great time. the first pic is of the teachers this year. we had a blast. you know i thought no one could michigan rag as well as todd but i think amy prescott might be giving him a run for his money.

i have to give thanks to lindsy, johnna and kelly for pic taking and sharing. and to sammi and wendy for the filming.

most frustrating. so i could not find a bolt anywhere. finally i went to the dealership and lugacks wanted 25 bucks and it would take 3 weeks to get. what that is about i don't know so i went to the toyota dealer and they could get it in one week for 9 bucks. in the mean time i get to walk. not all bad but it means i can not get around to my studies and visiting like i would like. here is the most frustrating thing. the police saw my car up on a railroad tie and stuck a big sticker on it telling me i had to have it on a wheel or they would tow it. i tried to explain that the wheel is not that strong with out the bolt and that it is safer on the tie and that the bolt is on order, but they would not listen to me. it was quite annoying. i think if i had them there instead of on the phone i might have been able ot show them what i was tlaking about. aanyway, that is the government for you. never helping jsut being a nusance. such a pain. it is getting worse here cause the city of davneport has figured out something that the sydney government has known for a while. speed cameras and red light cameras make a lot of money. they are going in everywhere. since when has the government existed in the country to take money form the people. when that becomes it reason for doing this it no longer is a government for the people. i feel this unconstatutional. it started with FDR and the new deal and continued with income tax. why not jsut say we are communist. that is where this stuff leads.
